Anna Silk
Anna Silk was born in January 1974. The most famous role she has played is Bo in Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay is the producer and director of drama at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. Silk's father Peter, was an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna was a child and watched her mother working and going to the rehearsals for her plays. Silk featured in a number of commercials when she was a kid. She graduated from St. Thomas University with an Associate of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least two early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto, Canada in November of 1999 in order to pursue her acting. She then relocated to Los Angeles California during the next decade. Seth Cooperman was her future husband when she met him in 2007 in an actor's workshop in Los Angeles. They got married in 2009, and were married in a civil ceremony in the month of December in that same year. The couple got married in Fredericton on the 10th of April in the couple renewed their vows following her change of religion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman's birth took place in May 2013, a son who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron, her second child was born 13 May 2016. Silk is famous for her television role as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she was nominated by for the Gemini Awards. In 2009, she got the principal character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television series Lost Girl. Silk got pregnant in the course of production of the third season finale episode. The news was announced to fans of the series in an episode of the Showcase show's pre-show Season Three special on January 6 2013. Silk announced on Twitter on June 20, 2013 that production had begun on Season 4. The 4th of June, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed that production had begun for the Fourth season. CNN Cable News Network named Bo together with Lauren Zoie Palmer as the couples with identical sexuality on Lost Girl to be one of its favorite TV Couples of all time. E! Magazine declared that they were the top TV Couples in 2013 Entertainment Television. As a result of Silk's popularity Silk has earned a significant online following on social media.
